Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C fan
- Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin with non-stick baking paper
- Melt the baking spread and chocolate together in a saucepan on a low heat. Remove from the heat just before everything has melted and continue to stir. Set aside
- Break the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk together with the golden caster sugar
- Pour the melted chocolate and baking spread mix into the bowl with the eggs and sugar and gently fold together, then add the salt, flour and cocoa powder
- Add most of the peanuts and combine (leave a small handful of peanuts to sprinkle on the top)
- Pour the brownie mix into the tin and spoon over the peanut butter
- Using a spoon, gently swirl the peanut butter over the top of the brownie mix and sprinkle over the remaining peanuts
- Bake in the oven for approximately 35 minutes
- Once baked remove from oven and allow to cool in the tin
- Once cool, slice and serve with a little sprinkle of sea salt
