2. Add the ground almonds and Homepride plain flour to the wet mixture and stir until a biscuit dough is formed and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. In the meantime, preheat oven to 180C Fan and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Once the dough has chilled, scoop a heaped tablespoon (approximately 25g) of the dough and shape into a ball using your hands, repeat this step for the remaining dough.
4. Place the balls of biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet (these biscuits will not spread as much when baked so you so not need to leave a large gap between each ball). Carefully press into each ball using a fork
5. Bake the biscuits for 16 minutes
6. Once baked, allow the biscuits to cool on the baking tray. In the meantime, break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof dish. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals
7. Once the biscuits have completely cooled, dip each biscuit into the melted chocolate about halfway. Place the chocolate dipped biscuits back on the tray and wait for the chocolate to set. This process can be sped up by placing the biscuits un the fridge for 5-10 minutes
8. Enjoy!
