Method
For the cupcakes:
1. Mix together the butter, caster sugar and dark brown sugar
2. Add in the eggs
3. Add in the Homepride self raising flour and cocoa powder and mix well
4. Add in the melted dark chocolate & cherry jam
5. Add in the chopped cherries
6. Spoon into cupcake cases 2/3 full and bake at 140C for 45 mins
For the Buttercream:
1. Mix unsalted butter with icing sugar and cocoa powder
2. Add melted dark chocolate and cherry jam
3. Spoon or pipe onto cupcakes as desired
4. Top with a cherry
