For the brownies
Melt together the butter and dark chocolate.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until they have tripled in size. Pour in the melted chocolate and butter as well as the coffee and Baileys.
Carefully fold in the Homepride Plain Flour and cocoa powder. Pour into a lined 10 x 8 tin and bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
For the frosting
Mix together the icing sugar, butter and Baileys until creamy.
Spread over the cooled brownie slab and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
