This is a super easy recipe… are you ready!
Soften the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Now add everything into a mixing bowl. I told you it was easy!!
Line a 9 X 9 inch square tin with baking paper. Pour in the cake batter and spread flat with a palette knife or spoon.
Cook in a preheated oven at 160 fan for 25 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from the oven once cooked and allow to cool completely.
In a microwavable bowl, add in the double cream and chocolate. Microwave for 30 seconds then stir. Microwave again in 10 second bursts until melted and stir well. Leave to cool slightly.
Slice the cake to help break it into crumbs. Add into a bowl and crumble it up, using your fingers. Now pour in the chocolate mixture and mix until a thick paste has been achieved.
Line a tray with baking paper. Using a tablespoon measuring spoon, scoop out some of the cake dough and roll into balls. Pop these onto the tray and put in the fridge or freezer to set.
Once set, melt some white chocolate. Dip the cake ball into the white chocolate and remove with a fork underneath. Lay on some baking paper and before the chocolate sets, decorate with some sprinkles.
